Zouma Creative Studios is urgently looking for Technical Support Executive
Candidate must have proven experience in a technical support role, preferably with expertise in Microsoft 365. Must have strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions efficiently.
Flexibility to work in UK shift timings (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM).
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Microsoft 365 or related IT fields is highly desirable.
Prior experience in supporting international clients, especially UK-based, is a plus.
