We are looking for an experienced quality analyst to join our team
The quality analyst is responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring that the end product meets the quality standards, is fully functional and user-friendly.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Work Experience:
3-6 years of experience in Manual QA ( Mobile & WEB)
Must be experienced in API Testing
Key Responsibilities of QA Engineer:
Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases to ensure all objectives are met.
Perform manual testing of Mobile Money, e-Wallet, Prepaid recharge, Credit Card Payment, USSD, and Commission solutions.
Conduct API testing, mobile application testing, and web application testing.
Write and execute SQL queries for database validation and data integrity checks.
Operate within a Unix environment for testing purposes.
Define test strategies, including what needs to be tested, how, and the associated risks.
Collaborate with external teams to gather and understand requirements.
Design and review test cases, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Utilize tools such as Jira, Slack, and Confluence for test management and communication.
