We are seeking Senior .Net Developer/ Team Lead

Candidate must be proficient in ASP .Net MVC, .Net, C#, Web API, and SQL
Strong leadership skills to effectively guide teams and ensure successful project delivery
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and manage expectations
Technical proficiency to assist and mentor the team in .NET technologies
Capable of creating and maintaining project documentation as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage development teams to ensure timely and high-quality project completion
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members in .NET technologies
Prepare and maintain project documentation to support project tracking and reporting.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget, maintaining a 95% on-time delivery rate
Foster team morale and ensure 100% compliance with weekly progress reporting
Achieve a client satisfaction score of 90% or higher by addressing feedback effectively
Conduct regular code reviews and provide at least one technical training session per quarter
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation with minimal discrepancies
Ensure seamless communication and coordination between internal teams and clients
