We are looking for highly skilled Technical Support Engineer fixing any technical problems, including Mail configuration and account setup, clarifying the doubts of the customers raised with regard to products or services through their calls and emails, and resolving their issues on priority.
Job Responsibilities-
Handle the day-to-day management of clients cloud-based email solutions.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Help customers successfully understand & deploy Google Workspace`s new features in the organization
Resolve technical support tickets via telephone, chat, email, and sometimes in person.
