Candidate should have 0 to 3 years of experience in Technical Support Role
Good technical knowledge of Databases, and SQL.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to understand software application issues and analyse the probable cause
Great collaboration skills to become a bridge between the Customer and the Development team to ensure that Customer issues are resolved in shortest possible time.
The ability to effectively handle difficult customer interactions and challenging customer problems without the need for supervisory intervention; maintains poise and professionalism even with very difficult and demanding customer.
