Tech Mahindra is looking for Technical Support Engineer

Candidate must have completed degree (B. Tech, BCA Degree, or equivalent) in a relevant field with 0 to 5 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, System Configuration, Desktop Support, System Troubleshooting. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience with network devices (Routers, Switches, Firewalls)
Network configuration and management
Software installation and troubleshooting
Basic network troubleshooting commands
Remote connectivity and support
Network infrastructure setup (Crimping, Routing, Switching, and Cabling)
Troubleshooting and resolving network issues
Configuring and setting up network devices
Subnetting

Work Experience: 0 – 5 Years
Job Location: Delhi/ NCR, Noida, India
