We are conducting a walk in drive for Technical Support Engineer at Digital Minds, on 18th December 2024 between 10:00AM to 3:00 PM.
Educational Qualification: Any Graduation
MCP, MSITP, MCSA certifications will be an added advantage.
Work Experience: 0-2 Years
Role & Responsibilities-
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting of all Windows systems.
Managing User /Computer accounts from Active Directory Console.
Securing the network by installing & troubleshooting Antivirus or Windows Defender EndPoint Protection.
Configuring and Troubleshooting Local & Network Printers.
Resolving hardware related issues in printers and other peripherals.
Providing Remote desktop access, file and folder access to the users as per the request.
Trouble shooting all end-to-end technical problems through the remote tools.
Monitoring the compliance status of all the desktops/ servers.
Troubleshooting issues on Office365 and escalate to proper team.
Identifying and solving issues on Microsoft products (OUTLOOK, EXCEL, POWEPOINT, WORD, TEAMS).
Troubleshooting issues on Client VPN.
Intune Device management to fix non compliant devices (Optional).
Identify and resolve Network / Firewall related issues.
Maintain and monitor CCTV & Biometric Devices (Optional).
Resolve IT tickets regarding computer software, hardware, and application issues on time.
Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment.
