We are seeking a Senior Manual QA Tester to join our team and lead quality assurance efforts for our healthcare applications. As a Senior Manual QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our healthcare software products. You will lead testing initiatives, mentor junior QA team members, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions that meet regulatory standards and user needs.

Required Qualifications-

B.S Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 5 to 8 years of manual QA testing experience, specifically within the healthcare domain.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TFS, TestRail); familiarity with SQL and basic scripting is a plus.
Healthcare Standards: In-depth understanding of healthcare standards and regulations, including HIPAA, HL7, FDA, EHRs and Clinical workflows
Leadership Qualities: Experience in leading testing efforts and mentoring junior team members.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
