Candidate should have good experience in leading test teams with strong functional test management.
Proven experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation.
Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Junit, TestNG, Cucumber).
Experience in Performance Testing tools and frameworks (e.g., LoadRunner, Apache JMeter etc).
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Knowledge of testing in different environments. Understanding of agile methodologies and practices

Able to manage backlog & efficiently leverage resources to achieve required outcome against tight timelines
